The project of automated management of real estate rental systems is the result of the joint work of FTNET and the company "Rent and Real Estate". The main goal is to simplify the process of working with renters as much as possible using a specially designed personal account based on 1C. The company has access to such features as:
– Information about business centers and tenants;
– Requests and provision of invoices for payment;
– Inquiries and reporting;

As well as a separately designed service.desc block, which can be used to leave a request for help. For example, in case of problems in the office, whether it is a jammed door or a broken air conditioner.

"Instep"
A special subsystem based on 1C8:ERP Enterprise Management 2 was developed individually for the construction company "Instep". In this subsystem, the share sales of real estate are recorded and all the necessary closing documents are issued for the transfer of the apartment to the owner:
  • acceptance certificate
  • notifications about the completion of construction,
  • financial certificates for the buyer about no claims.

All documents are generated and filled out automatically. Previously, the paperwork for one house required the work of 2 specialists for 2 months. It takes 10 minutes to process documents for one house with a new implemented system.

The main task was to switch from the 1C:Enterprise 7.7 platform configuration to the more modern 8.3 configuration. This was done to quickly obtain information, optimize and update the company's website, which was not possible in the 7.7 system. What was finally done by our specialists?
